1.  Introduction

Adopting a full set of information  security policies is a critical step in ensuring that every YardView  department and employee understands their role in helping protect company,  customer, and employee data. 

It  is critical for YardView to be transparent about the types of data We  collect, how we use that data, and the precautions We take to protect that  data.

 

2.   Purpose

The  purpose of the YardView Privacy Policy is to communicate the types of data  clearly and transparently We collect, how that data is used, as well as the  precautions we take to protect that data to Our clients and their users. The  security of Our client’s data and their user’s data is important to YardView.  

 

3.   Audience

 

The YardView Visitor Policy applies to all YardView employees,  any vendors, consultants, contractors, as well as any individuals that visit  or use any of YardView’s software.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.  The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

 · “Account” means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

· “Company” (referred to as either “The Company”, “YardView”, “We”, “Us”, or  “Our” in this agreement) refers to the Cypress Inland

Corporation.

Your browsin  history on that website among its many uses.

· “Device” means any device that can access the Service such as a computer,  cell phone, or tablet.

· “Service” refers to YardView websites and applications.

perform services related to the Service, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

(for example,  the duration of a page visit).

· “Website” refers to all YardView websites and applications accessible from https://*.yardview.com

· “You” means the individuals accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is access  or using the Service as applicable.

Alternatively, You may provide Us with unique information that is not personally identifiable information if You would like. This  information may include, but is not limited to:

·          First name and  Last name (optional, You may provide alternate unique information to use for  your account provided You and the Company understand the info as needed for  the use of Our Service)

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

We have no control over and  assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of  any third-party sites or services.

We may update Our Privacy Policy  from time to time.

 

You are advised to review this  Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy  are effective when we approve them.

Personnel  found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up  to and including termination of employment, and related civil or criminal  penalties.

Any  vendor, consultant, or contractor found to have violated this policy may be  subject to sanctions up to and including removal of access rights,  termination of contract(s), and related civil or criminal penalties.
